Our "Link To" Policy
Our Greatest Listings (Definition) directory provides users with links to other web sites,
sponsored or otherwise, that, in our sole judgment, are relevant to the topic and must meet
our standards for inclusion into our site. Just because a site does not appear in our directory
in no way implies that it is not of high quality or standards. We may not have reviewed that
site. All potential candidates for inclusion in the directory, including user requests and
suggestions as well as revenue generating position, enhancement or other type of advertising
requests, are all reviewed by a committee comprised of our owner employee team and/or
partners in our site.
How we evaluate potential listings:
Does the site relate to one of our topics?
Will the site provide value to our target audience?
Does the information on the site appear to be accurate, valid and timely?
Is the site appropriate for our target audience?
Does the site comply with industry standards regarding privacy?
Is the source of the information, products or services on the site clearly identified?
Is the site well known or does the site appear to be qualified to be providing the information,
products or services?
Does the site function as it is promoted and does it allow accessibility to our users?
PROHIBITED LISTINGS
Sites that WE WILL NOT INTENTIONALLY INCLUDE or link to:
Any site that, by our sole judgment, does not meet our standards for any reason(s).
Any health, charity or financial or investment related sites where the owner or source is not
reasonably well known and specifically identified or, the site does not provide all relevant
addresses and contact information.
Any Sites that includes the following, or any site that links to any other site that:
Encourages illegal activity or conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil
liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
Has, or my have, content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, harassing,
defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortuous, contains explicit,
graphic or otherwise pictures, graphics, descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but
not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual
or group of individuals).
Appears to victimize, harass, degrade, or intimidate any individual or group of individuals for
any reason including on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age,
or disability.
Is, or appears to be, any so-called hate site
Has, or appears to have, content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret,
copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party.
Contains or promotes large scale unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email
(also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitations.
Has content or code that may contain software viruses or any other computer code, files, or
programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any
software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized
access to any data or other information of any third party
That promotes activities or materials that we prohibit listing which include:
- Adult Entertainment/Materials/sexual-related merchandising whether or not
we deem as pornographic.
- Pornographic or obscene content or materials;
- Telephone sex or sexually oriented phone lines, chat lines or chat rooms;
- Products/Services With Unreasonable or Unrealistic Expectations or Guarantees;
- Pyramid or Multi-level Marketing Programs whether or not deemed legal.
- Sites based in or emanating from any prohibited countries including Afghanistan,
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and certain others.
- Sites which appear to impersonate any person or entity without specific permission.
Any other site we deem as not appropriate or, is generally in poor taste, and for any reason
whatsoever.

constitutes an acceptable or unacceptable listing or link under this provision.
